This place is pretty clean and offers amazing views in a lively area. the room is spacious and updated, and the bathroom is tidy with a nice bathtub. 🌅.

it was surely a fantastic stay on holidays. the location in a great area was great and brilliant and there were supermarkets and a grocery shop nearby. i truly enjoyed a magnificent restaurant with a local menu.

Everything is well-maintained here, had a comfortable stay for a night or weeks.

This hotel was close to such tourist places as oasis shopping centre. The decoration is amazing. Bavarian bier cafe, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the venue. We enjoyed our stay.

My stay at the Ritz Resort Heated Pool was fantastic! the deluxe apartment was spacious and opened up to a lovely patio. It came equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, making it very convenient. the staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating. the location was perfect for all my needs, with shopping centers and supermarkets right next door. I had a wonderful experience!

The hotel had a great location, being within walking distance to just about everything - Pacific Fair shopping mall, eateries, and the beach! There was also a Woolworths nearby to grab any groceries needed. The staff were cute and helpful, making my stay much more enjoyable. The rooms were alsosuper clean and cozy, and the parking was secure and covered.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! The location couldn't have been better - right in front of the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and bars. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that had everything we needed. The balcony facing the ocean was a real treat, and the pillows were so comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen and even a laundry inside the apartment. The highlight of our stay was definitely the two spas and heated pool, not to mention the incredible views from the rooftop. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in Gold Coast. The location was superb, with cafes, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. The room was spacious and the bathrooms were super clean. We loved the secure onsite parking and the fabulous fully fenced playground next to the resort. The managers were great too rectify any issues that arose. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The beach was just a few steps away from the hotel, and the pool area was big and beautiful. We also appreciated having a lot of places to explore nearby - there were many shops and restaurants in the area. A highlight was the heated pool; it was comfortable to swim even if it was a bit chilly.

The room we booked was supposed to be a quiet one, but there was non-stop construction noise starting early in the morning. We felt disappointed and frustrated that we could not enjoy our Easter break as we had hoped. The air conditioning unit was very loud and we had trouble sleeping due to the noise. we did not have the relaxing and enjoyable experience we were hoping for.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the shopping center and the beach, which were only a short walk away. the staff were friendly and helpful, which added to our overall positive experience.

we noticed that the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not as efficient as in the main area, which made the nights a bit muggy and difficult to sleep in.
